Andrew has a broad range of litigation experience. His most recent experience has been in the area of professional malpractice, primarily representing physicians, nursing homes and other healthcare providers. Andrew has tried several complex medical malpractice cases and obtained favorable verdicts for his physician-clients. However, Andrew’s litigation practice has not been limited to medical malpractice. He also has extensive litigation experience in the areas of personal injury, products liability, construction defect, and commercial litigation.
Andrew also has experience with insurance coverage and related insurance litigation, including director and officer liability coverage, errors and omissions liability coverage, and employment practices liability coverage.
Andrew graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He obtained his Juris Doctorate, with honors, from the University of Houston Law Center. |
